What changes the quote
A house cleaning quote in South Florida follows the home and the job. These are factors only, not a rate card, and this page does not publish a price. Read the house cleaning cost guide for South Florida, then use the booking form for your address.
Home size
Square footage is the starting point. It tells the team how much floor, counter, and fixture space is in the visit. A compact condo and a two-story house are not the same appointment, even when both are booked as a standard clean. Enter the size you actually live in.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The booking form also asks for bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms add sleeping areas to dust, vacuum, and reset. Bathrooms usually take longer per room, because toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and mirrors are detailed work. Two homes with the same square footage can still differ when one has an extra bathroom.
Frequency
Frequency changes the quote because it changes the work. A one-time visit starts from the home as it is that day. A weekly, every-other-week, or monthly visit maintains a home that was already cleaned. Pick the schedule you intend to keep. Switching later means a new quote.
Deep cleaning versus a standard clean
A deep clean and a standard clean are different services. A standard clean is maintenance: floors, kitchen, bathrooms, reachable dusting, and trash. A deep clean is the heavier reset, including buildup on baseboards, fixtures, and inside appliances when that service includes them. Match the service to the condition of the home. The deep versus standard comparison lists what each visit covers.
Move-in and move-out
Move-in and move-out cleaning is its own service. An empty home being turned over for a landlord, a buyer, or a new resident is not a lived-in maintenance clean. Cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances are part of that appointment. Select move-in/out when the occupants are changing, even if you also think of the job as a deep clean.
How to request the quote
Use the estimator above or open the booking form. Choose standard, deep, or move-in/out, set the size, and continue. Add the address, bedroom count, bathroom count, and a date, then submit. A coordinator confirms the address is in the service area and that the visit matches what you selected. Note pets, stairs, a lockbox, or a vacant property so the team arrives ready. If you are comparing a one-time deep clean with a recurring standard clean, submit the version you are most likely to book and mention the other option in the notes.
After you submit, the request stays on the booking form you already used. If the home needs a different service than the one you picked, say so in the notes before the visit is set. You can open the booking form again and send a corrected request. The city pages linked below describe local house cleaning, and the cost guide explains the factors in more detail. This page is only the quote request.
